there were problems with the elevator so we had to use the stairs most of the time. If we opened the window for fresh air there was alot of cigarette smoke from smokers on the street.

Need for automobile parking drop off and pick up.

View and friendless of staff was absolutely top noth

It was a wonderful location right next to the Spice Market. There were a lot of restaurants and shops to visit. It was really easy to get to other places. The view was amazing.

The hotel was lovely with nice design details. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. We loved the accommodating staff, especially on arrival when I was not feeling well. They brought tea to my room. Also, they went out of their way to hail our airport car. It was so nice to come back and relax in our hotel room after a full day of touring.

This property was centrally located and walking distance to the grand bazaar and more or less directly across from the spice bazaar. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and shopping. They were able to put us in touch with reputable retailers that sold quality goods.

I liked the service ( front desk greeting), I liked rooftop view and complementary breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very neat and clean

Loved the historical design and the kind accommodation of a room facing Yeni Camii. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The variety breakfast on the top/terrace floor was magnificent

The shower drain would get easily clogged, and the edge sealing of the shower seemed outdated/expired and needed maintenance due to water flowing out of the shower even though the shower doors were closed. The accommodation of disposable slippers was very thoughtful and comfortable, but they were a bit small in size.

The last night we had trouble sleeping as there was a lot of construction noise from the street below so bring a white noise machine or app!

I truly loved everything about this hotel, from check-in to check-out.The check-in process was very smooth. We arrived very early and the rooms were fully booked at that time, but the staff welcomed us warmly and invited us to relax in a comfortable area until the rooms were ready. They even offered us complimentary breakfast, which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture.As soon as a room became available, it was cleaned as quickly as possible and we were allowed to check in without any delay. The hotel was extremely clean, which meant a lot to me, especially as I was traveling with my child.All the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming — not only to us, but also to my daughter. Everyone was so warm and sweet with her, which made our stay even more comfortable.The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is perfect — just steps away from the Egyptian Bazaar and close to everything.On my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely stay at the same hotel and won’t look for any other option

The room was clean , the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was poor, with no special or standout dishes. We tried the eggs and they were very bad. There is no fresh egg station, and the options were limited mainly to cheeses and salads.The location was not good, and there is no view except from the upper floors.When you step out of the reception, Burger King is directly in front of you, and the smell was very unpleasant. There was also a lot of noise due to the Egyptian market located below the hotel.I would definitely not repeat this experience again

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing and the wait staff was helpful and polite. The view from our room was gorgeous. The local market around was great for shopping

The property is located in a very narrow and extremely busy market street, which makes taxi and car access quite difficult. Unfortunately, this became a major issue during checkout.The person manning the front desk was indifferent and not helpful. We were 15 mins late in checking out but that should not be the reason for such cold behavior. We were told that we had to use the hotel’s transportation service, and when we declined, they offered little assistance. To make matters worse, the porter/cart they arranged for us harassed us and demanded over 30 euros for a distance of approximately 100 meters, which felt completely unreasonable.Overall, the lack of support and the aggressive attitude during checkout left a very negative final impression of our stay. Which would have been good otherwise.

Spacious room, the view to the mosque and Bosforo, from the main terrace is Amazing and if you get the room with that view 10/10.The breakfast was great! The room clean and the bead comfortable. The location might be messy but is SUPER convenient.In summary, recommended

We didn’t got the air conditioner to work properly, my bad as I did asked for help.

It's the location! Smack in the middle of Spice Bazaar and just a short 2 minutes walk to Eminonu-Sikerci station give us the convenience to move around Istanbul. The cafe at 5th floor with the mosque view is breathless. Great photo taking spots! The staff are very friendly and even take their time to give us the map and show us around on places to go and how to get there. The room itself clean and spacious enough for a family of 3 (we took the loft room)

The location as its advantage also can be a drawback. It can become very crowded around the hotel with the bazaar right in front of the door. If you don't mind the crowd, then this place is for you.

Very convenient .Right next to the Spice market . Very easy check in process. We were upgraded to a nice room with view of a mosque.

Position of the bed is ok for one person . Second person has to climb into his side of the bed.

Our stay at Mest hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, kind and helpful, especially the reception team, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.We were treated extremely well throughout our stay, and one of the most touching moments was when they surprised us by arranging a cake so we could sing happy birthday to my mom. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and made the celebration even more special.The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast floor offers an amazing view, which made starting the day even more enjoyable. Everything was also very clean and well maintained.Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily recommend.
